Each exercise is presented with three difficulty levels to ensure accessibility across ages and ability levels.

On each exercise page, you will find written instructions, photos, and videos for each of the three levels.

With this free, accessible resource, we hope to educate and empower people of all ages to “AgeProof” their body – to commit to better movement across the lifespan.
